Walk With Ease Enhanced – Virtual Series

A self-directed walking program that encourages people with arthritis to start walking and stay motivated to keep active. During the 6-week program, participants and a certified group leader meet virtually one time per week. During the weekly meeting, health education on an arthritis or exercise related topic is shared. Participants are encouraged to do self-directed stretching activities and a 10–35 minute walk three times each week. Each participant receives a Walk with Ease book.
