Walk With Ease Enhanced Series

Join us for a six-week Walk With Ease Enhanced series to support a healthy lifestyle. This program is proven to reduce pain, build confidence in being physically active, and improve overall health. This programming will provide a FREE WWE Guidebook, support materials, and a weekly virtual meeting with a certified leader.
Weekly meeting dates will occur on Wednesdays, October 27th thru December 1st, 2021. Meeting time will e 10am – 11am. This program will be provided on the Zoom platform. Pre-registration is requested by October 25th.
