
Living Healthy with Diabetes: A Diabetes Self-Management Program

| FreeThis Living Healthy series meets weekly for six weeks, 2.5 hours each week. This group education program is ideal for individuals aged 30 and above who are experiencing diabetes or pre-diabetes. As a participant, you will learn more about: medications & making treatment decisions; appropriate exercise for improving strength & endurance; healthy eating; recommended tests for prevention; working effectively with health care providers; and action planning.
