DESCRIPTION:Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. you will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent\, spouse\, friend\, someone who lives at home\, in a nursing home\, or across the country. This is a six-week series\, meeting one time per week\, for 1.5 hours each week. Meetings dates are: February 4th\, 11th\, 18th\, 25th; March 4th\, 11th. This program is being offered at no cost.
